1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chessy-game and any related websites, apps, bots, or services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Huis Digital LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your use of Reddit is also governed by Reddit’s own terms and policies, which remain in effect in addition to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or you have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

If we learn that someone under the applicable age is using the Service without valid consent, we may suspend or remove access.

3. Access to the Service

On Reddit, the Service may use your Reddit account information (such as your username and ID) as provided by Reddit’s platform.
We may update, change, or remove features at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service or any particular feature.

4. License and Ownership

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code; sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service; or use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 5. User Content and Conduct

If the Service allows you to create or share content (for example, messages, usernames, or other in-game content):

You are responsible for anything you create, share, or do while using the Service.
You must not post or share content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing, or otherwise violates Reddit’s content policies or applicable laws.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and modify that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

We may remove content or restrict access if we believe these Terms or Reddit’s rules have been violated.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service to break the law;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service (for example by using bots, automated scripts, or exploits not allowed by us);
Attempt to bypass any security or rate limits.

We may take any action we consider necessary if we believe you are misusing the Service.

7. Game Data, Virtual Items, and Progress

The Service may track game progress, scores, or similar data (“Game Data”). Game Data has no real-world monetary value. We may reset, modify, or delete Game Data (for example during updates, bug fixes, or to maintain game balance) and are not responsible for any loss of such data.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party platforms and services (such as Reddit, hosting providers, analytics providers, or payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, policies, or actions. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huis Digital LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Service in the 3 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
